Riemann Zero vs Nuclear Resonance Dataset

Everything behind section 2d of the Verification ledger, so anyone can rerun it. Put the files in one folder and run python compare.py (needs numpy and scipy).

Nuclear data (resonance sections)

Each file is the MF2/MT151 resonance section copied unchanged from the ENDF/B-VII.1 neutron library, gzip-compressed. Checksums refer to the uncompressed section.

CSV columns

isotope, rank, level_E_eV, next_level_E_eV, level_spacing_norm (unfolded, mean 1), zero_gamma, next_zero_gamma, zero_spacing_norm (unfolded, mean 1).

Nominal iid KS diagnostics; correlated spacings, fitted unfolding and missed weak levels are not calibrated. Rank pairing is a bookkeeping alignment, not a physical match.
