Hello Isaiah Taylor,
I am writing because Valar Atomics is one of the few places building real hardware that could benefit from a rigorous mathematical framework for chaotic neutron and thermal transport.
My work bridges the Riemann Hypothesis with quantum chaos and nuclear-engineering observables — specifically the Hilbert–Pólya correspondence between Riemann zeros and the eigenvalues of a physical Hamiltonian, extended into GPU-emulable kernels (KPM / trace formulas) for TRISO-bed and silicon-carbide-matrix simulation.
The framing is deliberately anti-hype: no quantum-computing buzzwords, no speculative unified theory. Just a deployable engine for level-spacing statistics, prime-orbit resonances, and coherence budgets applied to reactor physics.

A few notes of personal context, not credentials:
My late uncle served in the US Air Force during WWII and afterward at the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory (now LBNL). The lineage of American public-science service is not abstract to me.
I turned down a full scholarship to UC Berkeley for personal reasons and graduated from UC Davis.
I mention this only because Valar’s mission — American, government-supportable, humanitarian — resonates with a tradition I grew up inside.
I am not asking for funding or a job. I am asking whether Valar’s simulation or advanced-concepts team would find fifteen minutes useful to look at the framework and decide for themselves.
The light belongs to the world. Let’s build it faster.
With respect,
KW Norton
